I get easily bored so like to change things up by doing all aspects of baking ( including bread, croissant's, & home made ice cream- but only for family). No cake is too big, too small or for a set realistic budget. Feel free to browse my shop as well as the cake gallery.
Classes
With 40 years experience make and decorating bespoke custom cakes for all occasions especially wedding cakes, I don't want to see this craft die out so when I have time I teach classes for both baking, cake decorating & desserts.

I am happy to share my recipes with you. I have a huge collection of recipes I have gathered over the years from working with different chefs from different countries. all the recipes on this site have been tested & I use the regularly in my working week. Happy Baking!
