I am using a traditional Scottish recipe provided to me by a friend of my Scotish father in law. Using only 6 ingredietns: butter, icing sugar, cornflour, plain flour, vanilla & topped with raw suagr. The raw sugar caramelises during the baking process to give a hint of caramel when eating. 

Butter Shortbread- Caramel

  • These shortbread are packaged in cellophane bags with between 6-7 shortbread in a bag. Being hand made the weights will differ.
