I am using a traditional Scottish recipe provided to me by a friend of my Scotish father in law. Using only 7 ingredietns: butter, icing sugar, cornflour, plain flour and vanilla. These vienesse stly shortbread are pipped like an 'm' shape. Once baked and cooled they are then dipped 1/2 way in dark chocolate and overpipped with white chocolate. So the best of both worlds shortbread with a dash of chocolate. Who could resist.

Butter Shortbread- Choc Dipped

  • These shortbread are packaged in cellophane bags with between          6-7 shortbread in a bag. Being hand made the weights will differ.
