I am using a traditional Scottish recipe provided to me by a friend of my Scotish father in law. Using only 6 ingredietns: butter, icing sugar, custard powder, plain flour, vanilla & raspberry jam. The flavour of custard and shortbread is a fantastic combination. These shell like morsels are dusted with icing sugar before packaging.

Butter Shortbread- Raspberry Custards

  • These shortbread are packaged in cellophane bags with between 6-7 shortbread in a bag. Being hand made the weights will differ.
